**Job Description** Responsibilities**

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

- Carry out regular foot patrols of the site to ensure safety and security
- Create a trusted and respected presence to deter incidents and re-assure the public
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents including first aid situations, fire alarms, anti-social behaviour and thefts
- Deliver outstanding customer service to visitors, retailers, contractors and client managers
- Provide accurate information, support, and guidance to ensure safe and welcoming environment
- Participate in regular emergency procedures training to maintain readiness
- Communicate confidently with clients, team members, and members of the public

**Qualifications** What we’re looking for**:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

- A valid SIA licence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
- Confidence in managing incidents and maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
- Physical fitness due to the active nature of the role
- Strong team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
- Willingness to undertake First Aid and CCTV training, if not already certified
