Security & Safety Team - Haven Quay West
Live on park may be possible.

Responsible for the Health and Safety of self and others and
for Customer Care, a Security & Safety Team member contributes to the
overall purpose of the business by providing our customers with excellent
service in a safe and secure environment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the Health
and Safety of self and others, for maintaining a safe and secure environment
for guests. They will also maintain acceptable noise levels in and around
caravans, conducting regular perimeter patrols and performing regular safety
and fire-equipment checks.

**Other key responsibilities include**:

- Supporting other departments
- Delivery of gas bottles
- Basic maintenance (boiler top up, electric resets)
- Delivery of first class customer care.
- Assisting customers with enquiries
- Checking membership passes
- Inspect safety equipment and fire exits
- Completion of control logs and reports
- We are a 24hr department with various shifts through the

day and night

**Requirements**:
Door Supervisor training and gain their SIA license. They will also be
committed and focused on delivering a professional service, have good
interpersonal and communication skills as well as a positive attitude to
customer care. They will also be a team player, supporting other departments
such as housekeeping and reception by dealing with late arrivals.
