**Responsible for**

**Delivering a whole family response to survivors of domestic abuse, liaising with partner agencies to ensure the family receives safe, appropriate support and ensure service us, needs are met and their voices represented at relevant meetings**

**The post holder will provide high quality support and safety planning to those in crisis.**

**To work as part of an on-call rota and provide out of hours back up when needed.**

**Main purpose of job**

**This role will provide a needs led support service that includes providing advocacy and support to women and children who have experienced, witnessed or been affected by domestic abuse and or sexual violence.**

**Working in partnership to improve consistency and quality of specialist support services and supporting survivors to achieve independence and freedom.**

**Carrying out needs and risk assessments, including safety planning and activities in individual or group settings.**

**A key requirement is to provide personal welfare support and to ensure that women in the refuge are provided with a safe, supportive and welcoming environment**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 37 per week

**Salary**: From £27,344.00 per year
