Temporary Staffing Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a Temporary Staffing Officer to join CWPs Temporary Staffing Service.

The Temporary Staffing Service provides a seven-day service with the focus on ensuring that CWP additional staffing requirements are met through either bank or agency.

They will need to have an excellent attention to detail and be able to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders.

Applicants should have the ability to think calmly and logically under pressure and have a positive attitude to maintaining high standards with attention to detail at all times. They will be working as part of a team, however must possess the ability to work unsupervised using their own initiative.

The role is hybrid working, which includes working from home and from the team base, which is Redesmere, Countess of Chester Health Park, Chester. This role is part time and the successful applicant will be expected to work 30 hours over 4 days (7.5 hour shifts), which may include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

The service runs 364 days a year, with working hours being Monday - Friday 08.00-19.30 & Weekends/Bank Holidays - 08.00-19.30.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
