Job Summary
Are you ready to work in an exciting and fast paced office?
Due to a change in our business we are now looking for either a full time or part time administrator to join our team.
Rainbow Restoration Morecambe is part of a Franchise Network who jointly offer complete restoration services throughout the UK to leading Insurance Companies.
We are a long-established business, who can offer you job security.
Salary & Working Hours
£25,480.00 per annum starting wage increasing after initial training.
40 hours per week. Extra hours will be required during busy/surge events.
Responsibilities and Duties
Accurate processing of technician’s daily tasks including diary management with high levels of accuracy
Preparation of monthly payment runs and returns
General office duties
Managing customer database, production of inventories and certificates for our customers
Qualifications and Skills
Previous administrative experience is essential. You will have worked in an administrative role and have gained a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and have excellent customer service skills.
Insurance/Claims knowledge would be an advantage but not a requirement.
You will need the following qualities:
- Punctuality
- Accuracy
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, whilst managing your own workload
- Proactive
- Resilient
