This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Manager who has enthusiasm, creativity and drive to join this well-established, ambitious company.
This role will need someone to take real ownership of all marketing aspects in line with the Director’s vision and bringing fresh ideas to the table to support their growth plans.
Working within a desirable location on the outskirts of Exeter, this company have a strong brand with plenty of new projects in the pipeline and now are looking to enhance their presence in the market, raise their profile and reach a wider audience and client base.
As the company's marketing executive and reporting into the Operations Director, you will understand the business growth plans and produce effective marketing campaigns to communicate with existing clients and target new business, other duties will include:

- Increasing brand awareness through the production of brochures, advertising & Social Media- Monitoring and analysing market trends- Design and implementation of advertising campaigns- Engaging contact to various audiences & targeting new business- Managing all social media platforms and website- Promote the business and create new ideas- Event managementWhat we are looking for:

- Previous Marketing experience ideally within the Property/Housing secto but not essential- Experience within a Marketing role creating and managing campaigns- Degree qualified preferred- Knowledge and use of Photoshop, InDesign and social media platforms- Creative and passionate about design and marketing- An outgoing, driven person who is team-orientated- Proactive and able to work on own initiative**_ _**This position offers a superb working environment, variety and autonomy within the role with real opportunity to progress.
