**Job Role: 360 Recruitment Consultant**

**Location: Romford, RM6 6AX**

**UNCAPPED OTE: £50,000.00 P/A (including a great commission structure)**

**ADDITIONAL BONUSES**

**Permanent: Full-time**
**Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.**

**About the Role**:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant at REC Source, you'll be at the forefront of our business, driving client engagement, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, from nurturing client relationships to supporting and mentoring your team members.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Drive face-to-face client meetings to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Monitor job advert performance on job boards, analyse trends, and adapt strategies to maximise results.
- Provide support and guidance to applicants, helping them prepare for interviews and ensuring they're 'interview-ready.'
- Resource for job vacancies, leveraging various channels to identify and attract top talent.

3. Sales Leadership and Business Development:

- Drive the team effort to achieve branch targets and business growth objectives.
- Mentor and coach new team members, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Support Recruitment Consultants with queries, issues, and operational requirements.
- Proactively seek out and win new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio and driving revenue growth.
- On-call based on a rota

4. Operational Excellence and Innovation:

- Take ownership of operational processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to manage documentation and data effectively.
- Drive efficiency and continue company growth by putting forward innovative ideas and solutions.
