Payroll & Benefits Specialist

A small niche financial services business is currently recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join them on a permanent basis. This role will support the Payroll Manager and sit as part of the wider HR function.
**As Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for**:
- Assit with a monthly payroll processing for c500 employees
- HMRC submission
- Calculating statutory deductions & performing manual calculations when required
- Managing and administering company benefit schemes
- Liaising with benefits providers and brokers
- Launching new schemes, resolving any associated queries
- Supporting with payroll related projects
- Acting as a strong number two for the Payroll Manager
