**The Opportunity**

Team Leader

Gatwick

Monday to Friday 28 hours per week

£13.75 per hour

**The role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join us at our busy and vibrant restaurant based at Gatwick Airport.

Taking day to day responsibility for the front of house team, you will have the opportunity to share your passion and enthusiasm to deliver great food to our customers. You will:

- Lead the front of house team to deliver an exceptional service to our customers
- Monitor the service and our food offering so that it constantly exceeds customers’ expectations
- Keep an eye on the budget so that profitability is sustained
- Be the face of Blue Apple by providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
- Recruit, coach and develop team members
- Support the kitchen team with food preparation and other duties

**What we’re looking for**:
Previous experience of being a team leader in a large contract catering or hospitality venue will be essential. You will be an experienced and capable team manager with knowledge of the industry. Use of relevant IT systems will be a given. Most of all your skill and passion for food will be evident, matched by your desire to deliver exceptional standards.
