**Part-time working hours**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin Clerk to join our dynamic team. If you're a multitasker with a passion for both numbers and customer service, this role is perfect for you

Accounts and Admin Clerk duties include processing invoices, expenses, and reconciling accounts. Managing petty cash and banking transactions. Assisting with monthly reporting and financial statements. Liaising with suppliers and handling queries. Supporting the Branch Accountant in maintaining accurate financial records.

Admin Clerk duties include handling sales documentation, including processing vehicle sales orders and finance paperwork. Updating and maintaining the dealership’s customer database. Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks and managing enquiries. Coordinating vehicle deliveries and registrations with the DVLA. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and dealership standards.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in accounts, finance, or a related admin role (automotive experience is a plus) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software. Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. A proactive, can-do attitude with a team spirit.
