Do you have previous experience in a customer facing role? Do you strive to deliver the very best Customer Service? Perhaps you’re tired of working weekends and would like to use your Front of House skills in an office setting? We are looking for a Welcome Ambassador to work for our prestigious client, and their tenants and guests at their beautifully designed building in central Cambridge.

You will be responsible for providing a front of house service, ensuring that visitors are met with the highest standards of welcome and information.

You will also be asked to support the residents and the community team with events and activities, creating connections across the community and helping residents and their guests have a memorable experience.

Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate prior experience in a customer orientated environment, along with first class Customer Service skills. You will need to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business and be a competent user of computer systems and databases.

**The working hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and will be office based.**

Principle Responsibilities:

- Managing visitors, and providing a professional meet and greet experience and directing them as appropriate
- Obtain knowledge about your local area and proactively offer the information to Residents/Guests and team members
- Answering telephone calls, re-routing where necessary, passing on messages
- Attend regular One to One Meetings with FOH Reception Supervisor
- Liaise with Building contractors and issues and or/work being carried out within the building
- Maintain and submit monthly Site reports as specified for your respective site by FOH Reception Supervisor
- Assist and support Lifestyle Manager with arranging and organizing events at the property
- Ensure that all Reception areas are well presented, clean and tidy always
- Understand and strictly adhere to procedures and protocols
- Demonstrable experience of working in a customer-facing environment, willing to go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact positively with a wide range of people in a busy and demanding environment
- Strong organisational skills and able to adapt
- Excellent I.T skills - Microsoft & Apple IMac Essential
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Possess a calm and friendly demeanour, with the ability to create good first impressions and be a brand ambassador
- Excellent timekeeping, planning skills and have good attention to detail
