**Job title** Activities Co-ordinator **Reporting to** Deputy Home Manager

**Location ** Based in the home you were interviewed in, you may be required to work at other locations as and when required.

**Main Purpose**

Required to co-ordinate and organise all social and recreational activity. To plan, implement and evaluate social activities across the home in order to improve mental and emotional well being and quality of life of residents.

**Key Accountabilities**

**Quality**

1. Prepares, plans and delivers group and individual recreational and occupational activities, observing, recording and reporting resident response.

2. Ensures the effective, timely and accurate updating of records, case files and computerised information systems.

3. Contributes to surveys, audits and clinical research projects assisting with collection, analysis and presentation of data and information as directed.

4. Observes and monitors the well being of residents ensuring that any unusual physical, mental or emotional occurrences are promptly referred to more senior staff and documented as appropriate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
