**Job Overview**
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team at Supportive. In this role, you will provide essential support to our service users within their own home. You will focus on assisting individuals with their daily living activities while ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to follow care plans meticulously.

**Duties**
- Assist individuals with personal care tasks, daily hygiene routines.
- Support individuals in daily living activities such as meal preparation and feeding.
- Help maintain a clean and safe home environment.
- Follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Document daily activities accurately using IT systems as required.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills in providing care.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for success in this role.
