**Overview**

You will visit customers in their own home to show samples and provide a design and quote. All appointments are made for you.

As a Kitchen Designer, you will work closely with clients to create aesthetically pleasing and practical kitchen spaces that meet their needs and preferences. Your ability to communicate effectively and sell your designs will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction.

**Duties**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements for their kitchen space.
- Utilise CAD software and Sketchup to create detailed kitchen layouts and designs.
- Present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, and appliances that align with their design vision.
- Employ upselling techniques to enhance client experience while maximising sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organised workspace and ensure all design documentation is up-to-date.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in kitchen design and product innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in CAD software and Sketchup is essential for creating accurate designs.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic maths skills for accurate measurements and calculations during the design process.
- Previous experience in sales or upselling within a design or retail environment is desirable.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for interior design, particularly in kitchen spaces.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

You must have your own transport.

Pay: £20,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Kitchen sales: 1 year (preferred)
- CAD design software: 1 year (preferred)
