Assistant Qs

The successful person will work out of our Nuneaton Training Academy offices, with the QS visiting 2-3 days a week.

Duties: will include but not be limited to the following:

- Preparation of client valuations using standard company templates
- Administering contract change including client notification (NEC Contracts) and building up elements of pricing.
- Attending site when required to further develop knowledge and assist in collating commercial records for subsequent incorporation into HSS’ accounts.
- Assist with other commercial administrative tasks such as projections and forecasts on final costs and receipting materials delivered to site.
- Maintain electronic commercial files in accordance with the companies Quality Assurance requirements.
- Effectively communicate and work with the QS, Project Manager and Site Teams

Pay rate is up to **£30,000 per year**

**Working hours are 09.00 - 17.00 - Monday to Friday**

**22 Days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.**
