The Best Western Signature Collection, Southcrest Manor Hotel, is a 63-bedroom hotel set in its own extensive private grounds in Redditch, with excellent road links to the M42, M40 and M5. **About your roles as a Housekeeping Supervisor**:

- You will be part of a wider team, responsible for ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness in our guest bedrooms and public areas.
- Supervising a team
- Ensuring all daily tasks are completed.
- Liaising with other departments.
- You must be available to work 5 out of 7 days a week on a a variety of days including regular shifts at weekends, as these are our busiest days.
- The job is physical and involves both cleaning to a tight timescale as well as heavy lifting, therefore a good level of physical fitness and stamina is required.
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- A burning desire to create a positive experience for our guests.
- Previous supervisor experience is preferred, full training can be provided.
