**What you will be doing...**
- Reporting to the
- **Crewing Duty Manager**, the
- **Crewing Controller** is responsible for the effective resource management of all Crew across the

**flying programme**. The
- **Crewing Team** is a fast paced and challenging environment where no two days are the same. It is a problem solving Team at the heart of the busy day to day operation that constantly monitors over 3000 Crew members’ rosters across our 9 UK bases as well as overseas operations.
- **After a period of training, this role will work on a shift basis, working 2 days and 2 nights with 4 days off, covering 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. This is a fixed term appointment for 12 months.**

**What will you do in the role?**

As our
- **Crewing Controller** you will ensure the optimum utilisation of manpower across our
- **Cabin Crew and Flight Deck** Teams, ensuring that all changes are made in accordance with
- **CAA **&
- Be required to quickly, calmly and effectively communicate with Crew and other operational Teams within the business, often in pressurised situations
- Share your knowledge and experience through coaching the **Crewing Co-ordinators**, playing a vital role in the overall success of Team.

**What are the key skills / experience you’ll already have?**
- **Crewing or Rostering experience** and thrive in a fast paced and demanding customer service environment. You will have an
- **analytical approach** to all you do with fast and effective problem solving ability. You will also:

- Have good **financial awareness** and you must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage your own workload in a demanding environment.
- Coaching or supervisory experience would be an advantage for this position
