**Job description - Mobile Deep Cleaner - Housing Operative** **Small van provided** *** Cleaning equipment provided** **PPE provided** *** 28 Days holiday pay** *** Company Pension** **Who we are?** We are a property management company in North London and are looking to recruit a permanent mobile cleaner to join our team. We manage flats and houses in the N15, N17, N4, N22, N11 and surrounding areas, so being local to these areas would be an advantage. **What are the main roles of the job?** - Full deep cleaning of empty properties including kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and bedrooms to high standards in preparation for new residents. - End of Tenancy Deep cleaning properties. - Regular cleaning of common parts of flats and houses. - Regular cleaning and tidying up of front and rear gardens. - Driving to properties to be cleaned. **Typical Cleaner responsibility’s will include: - ** - Deep cleaning of bathrooms - limescale, remove mould, clean and polish all areas - Deep cleaning of kitchens - internal and external fittings/appliances, oven/fridge deep cleaning - Rubbish removal - Cupboards and draws throughout property - cleaned - Windows - cleaned and polished - High and low level cleaning - skirting boards, door frames, banisters - Vacuuming and mopping throughout the property - Carpet cleaning (when required) - Prepare beds and curtains etc for new residents **Other Typical Jobs will include: - ** - Checking in of new residents - Occupancy checks - Removal of mattresses - Preparation of properties for new residents - Minor handyman duties - Experience in deep cleaning. - A flexible, friendly and a team player attitude. - Be able to speak to people in a polite and kind manner. - Have a "can do attitude". - Competent to photograph all work done and upload via smartphone app. - Have a willingness to learn and take on extra responsibilities. - Can work independently and to tight deadlines. - A full driving licence. Handyman skills would be an advantage. Full work history and references are required and also a DBS check. **This is a full time position working 40 hours per week.
