**The role**
As a Transport and Logistics Supervisor. you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will have the opportunity to work with international Military and Navy whilst identifying growth within the project to centralise the logistics efficiency.

Day-to-day, you will be planning roles for international students to get to and from accommodation for training and assist facilitate students’ logistics. You will also be managing a team to support maintenance of vehicles, logistics of hire cars and orders to support the transport team whilst managing fuel cards and ordering replacements.
- Responsible for the management tasks and duties; performing record management for administration and financial purposes.
- Act as a dedicated project logistic and travel Coordinator.
- Issue driving schedules on daily, weekly, monthly basis

This role is full time working 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.

**Essential experience of the Transport and Logistics Supervisor**
- MS Office literate to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Have knowledge of running a logistics and procurement system
- Have experience of running a transport section
- Be able to advise on European and National Driving Law/Regulations

**Qualifications for the Transport and Logistics Supervisor**
- Hold Certificate of Professional Competence in Passenger Carrying Vehicles (CPC PCV)
