The **Jewson** Branch in **Scarborough** currently have a new, exciting opportunity to join our busy team as a **Trade Counter Assistant**. This is rich in customer/client interactions and will see you communicating with a large and varied group of people.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who is enthusiastic to learn. No experience is necessary however good communication skills are required to enable you to grow in a customer focused environment.
**- Work Location**:
Jewson, Brook Street, YO12 7AB Scarborough
**- Working Schedule**:
Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:00pm | Alternate Saturdays 08am-12pm

**The Role**

This is a varied role where you will develop in all areas of the business including:

- Trade Counter sales
- Telephone Sales
- Stock Control
- Serving customers on Shop floor/Yard area
- Housekeeping Duties
- Flexibility to cover other area around the Branch

- Good IT Skills including Microsoft word and Excel (to use our in-house systems)
