We have an opportunity for you. Production Team Leader plays a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of repairs, project delivery and craft supervision for Professional Building maintenance.

Professional Buildings Maintenance is Doncaster Council’s in-house repairs, maintenance, refurbishment and construction provider based at North Bridge Depot.

PBM are a multi trade organisation, which provides works and services ranging from minor repairs, and refurbishment to full construction projects and schemes. Our works portfolio covers construction, mechanical & electrical work both first and second fix with new energy saving installations in schools, domestic properties and council buildings throughout Doncaster.

Duties will include managing of the various teams made up of multiskilled operatives which include Plumbers, Heating Engineers, Gas Engineers, Team leaders and Apprentices. They are currently involved in the maintenance and service of plumbing, heating and ventilation, gas and pipework services to commercial, industrial and public buildings throughout Doncaster and other areas. They are also involved with large scale mechanical installs and construction works as part of larger department project delivery schemes. We are looking for a knowledgeable, responsible and enthusiastic person to assist in the managing of the teams.
