**Salary: £22,126 - £25,781 based on a 37-hour week**

Highfield (North East) Ltd, trading as Halcyon, are looking for talented, dynamic and inspirational Residential Childcare Workers who will challenge, inspire, develop and motivate our young people to engage in school and activities to help them achieve the very best outcomes.

**You don’t need experience of working with children, but we want you to be**:

- caring, creative, and able to understand the needs of young people.
- able to form and maintain appropriate relationships with young people.
- committed, with a positive “can do” attitude to help develop young people and achieve the best possible outcomes for them.
- reliable, organised, responsible, and with an eye for detail.
- someone who inspires and works well as part of a supportive team.

**All applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom, possess a full UK driving licence (International not accepted) and their own vehicle.**
