Contract Basis ongoing long term. £12ph (PAYE)
Receptionist required for a highly successful global electrical manufacturer in Clevedon that produce specialist electrical equipment.
You will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors and signing them in as well as general ad-hoc duties that include answering the phone and transferring to relevant departments. You will also be responsible for diary management of meeting rooms andinforming staff members of visitors waiting for them.

The company has been trading for many decades in Somerset and as part of a global group of engineering brands. Huge investment and further expansion to the manufacturing facility is planned, this is to enable further growth to local employment and long-termjob security for all employees. Career progression to higher skilled roles will be made available with training if desired.
The Role:
*To meet, greet and sign in all visitors
*Dairy management of meeting rooms
*Notifying appropriate people of visitors
*Answering the phone and transferring to relevant department
*Looking after office equipment and supplies
*Deliveries and Mail organisation
*Other Ad-hoc duties
The Person:
*Experience working in a reception based role would be advantageous
*MS office experience and general computer literacy skills
*Ability to prioritise workload
*Invoice checking and approval experience would be advantageous
