OVERVIEW:

- This leading team provides specialist legal advice on the whole spectrum of private and business issues, helping clients to preserve and transmit their family assets and wealth (advising on trusts, Wills, probate and tax).
- Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 4 Years PQE.
- You will be expected to work across all areas of private client work, including drafting wills and trust deeds, administration of trusts and estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney and inheritance tax planning.
- The successful Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive will be enthusiastic and motivated with a proven aptitude for private client work.
- You should be able to demonstrate good private client experience with high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent client facing skills and the ability to nurture existing clients and third-party relationships as well as the ability to help develop new business are all essential.
