Office Administrator

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean and organised workspace.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members.
- Prepare documents and reports using CRM Joblogic
- Complete administrative processes and procedures in adherence to company standards and policy (supporting office manager)
- Ensuring all company accreditations are renewed when necessary.
- Ensuring the company’s insurances are kept up to date, annually
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows.
**Experience**
- Previous office experience is essential, with a strong background in administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Joblogic (not essential but preferred
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
