The Vertical Lift Supplier Management and Procurement team has an exciting position within our Aircraft support team.

**Position Responsibilities**:
This is an individual contributor position in a growing global organization. The individual will partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to expand our service delivery model while ensuring service delivery excellence to all business partners.

As a member of the Supply Chain Management team, the Procurement Agent responsibilities are mentioned below and are not limited to:

- Coordinate procurement activities within the Vertical Lift Procurement team and support on multiple RFQs.
- Review and update the quotes received from suppliers to ERP system using both manual and automated process. This helps in recording, long-term retention and visibility of the quotes to Procurement team.
- Identify missing/discrepant data from Supplier’s RFQ responses and follow up with Procurement team/Supplier for missing data.
- Track all the different active RFQ’s and the respective responses and non
- responses from suppliers and confirm with procurement team.
- Share the progress periodically with the procurement team with the latest scorecard on the RFQ responses VS the actual.
- Supports risk issue and opportunity management.
- Communicates supply and demand schedules to lead supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.
- Support supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategies.
- Provide transactional support to the purchase of goods and services where required.
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships and partnerships with senior collaborators, peers and relevant functional areas.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
High attention to detail and consistent track record to lead multiple, contending priorities simultaneously.
- 2-4 years of work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP/ERP knowledge.
- Adaptability & global mind set

- Analytical Skills & tool development for sustainability initiatives

**Preferred Qualifications** (Additional Skills/Experience)**:

- Defence/Aerospace background
- Technical knowledge of Chinook
- Experience working with MoD
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
