**ABOUT US**

Experimental Group was founded in France by 3 childhood friends, Romée de Goriainoff, Pierre-Charles Cros and Olivier Bon. From their passion for craft cocktails, the concept and renowned speakeasy Experimental Cocktail Club Paris is born back in 2007. Following on from here they opened wine bars, restaurants, and then from 2015, hotels.

Destinations diversify over the years, starting with European capitals to more seasonal locations such as the beach in Ibiza for summer, or ski slopes of Verbier for winter.

Our philosophy of service is constituted and affirmed by three key principles: the quality of its products, precision of service, and the feeling of pleasure.

Henrietta Hotel opened in 2017 in the heart of Covent Garden, the hotel is composed of 40 rooms, divided in two buildings.

The restaurant on the ground floor has been launched by Italian Supper Club last November. Drawing inspiration from the Italian food tradition, the menu explores new interpretations using local ingredients and products. The team mainly works with seasonal products and offers menus that are rich, generous and diverse.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cleaning and presentation of guest rooms and bathrooms to the hotel standard
- Cleaning and presentation of public areas to the hotel standard
- Reporting any maintenance problems
- Providing a great guest experience
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety legislation and with hotel operating procedures, reporting any faults to the housekeeper
- Assisting in other areas of the housekeeping department
