- Establishing and delivering a rollout plan
- Collaborating with Engineering and PM process owners and stakeholders within the Engineering organisation and with business and IPT stakeholders across the wider business.
- The selection of, and support to, pilot programmes in their adoption of Agile techniques
- The development of supporting infrastructure, process, tooling, reports and dashboards
- The selection and delivery of appropriate training, coaching, mentoring and other L&D requirements
- Engagement with senior management and external stakeholders on the concepts, principles and benefits of Agile
- Engagement with appropriate external industry bodies and expertise
- Promoting an Agile culture
- Supervision of Leonardo staff assigned to the rollout programme
- Management of any third party sub-contracts. relationships or engagements
