As a caregiver, you will be matched up with clients in your area, working 1-on-1 with them within your availability

Salary and Benefits

**Competitive salary** £12.50- £18.75

**Minimum 1-hour Visits**:

- so you don't feel rushed

**Paid Travel Time** between clients

**Mileage allowance **at 35p per mile

Enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays plus.

Ongoing Training and support

Refer a friend scheme

Loyalty pay

Within your Care role, your tasks will include:
Shopping and domestic duties

Companionship

Meal preparation

Personal care

Medication support

Support with social activities and companionship

General housekeeping

**About You**

No experience is required as full training is provided.

**YOU MUST BE A DRIVER WITH YOUR OWN TRANSPORT AND BE ABLE TO WORK WITHIN THE UK**

You must be a genuinely caring person with great listening skills, outstanding empathy, a loving personality and the drive to make a difference in our client's lives.

Your personality, interests and character will be assessed and matched to that of our client. We know that we can never replace a family bond, but we do want you to approach care as if it is personal.

We'd love to talk to you even if you've never worked in care, your skills are transferrable. We also know that if you've got care experience, you'll appreciate the difference it makes to put you at the centre of what we do. Pay: £12.50-£18.75 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 16 per week
