Customer Service Executive/administrator

You will have superb customer service/ administration training of 4 weeks where you are fully supported. You will have a varied role with 2-3 days a week on the telephone speaking with customers, with the remainder of your time, carrying out administrativetasks, updating systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that correct information is held on behalf of customers and that they have the right level of insurance, for what they require. This is a busy and varied customer service telephone and administrationrole.
Days / Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
**Your responsibilities as Policy Review Specialist will include**:
- Liaison with customers to check and validate that the details held on behalf of the customer are correct.
- Updating and revising customers’ policy details, making any necessary amendments.
- Providing great customer service outcomes and a right first time service
**Customer Service / Administration Skills & Experience Required**:
- Previous experience of working in customer services role or similar environment is advantageous but not essential
- Able to provide great customer service
- A great communicator with an eye for the detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Completely comfortable using computers and software
- Demonstration of a professional approach and rapport building
