**What you’ll be doing**
As an experienced Marketing Manager, your role will be focused principally on our behavioural change marketing programmes; educating our fifteen million customers, with help and advice to change their habits to improve customer experience and help meet ourbusiness targets.
You will manage all aspects of the programme including briefing and working closely with our creative agency, media agency, internal brand and design team, digital team, suppliers, internal stakeholders and customers.
We are keen to hear from people who have a strong passion for everything marketing and are customer-focused with a strong experience in delivering successful, effective multi-channel campaigns.
**What you should bring to the role**:
- A **marketing qualification** is desirable.
- A minimum of **3-5 years of marketing experience** which could be either client or agency side
- Experience in managing **below and above the line campaigns**:
- The **ability to influence** senior managers and stakeholders
- A passion for **understanding customers** and their needs
- Strong **interpersonal,** negotiation and influencing skills
- Awareness and **understanding of company issues**:
- Excellent project and **time management skills**:
- It is essential that you are a **Creative Thinker**:
- You must be competent using **Microsoft Office**: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
