Mortgage Administrator

Riviera Mortgages are currently recruiting for a mortgage administrator to join their team based in Torquay. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to work in a thriving and exciting office environment. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 4.00 pm.

As a Mortgage Administrator, your duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Dealing with walk-in enquiries
- General filing and day-to-day office administration duties
- Booking appointments for the advisors
- Scanning and archiving completed cases
- Producing new client administration notes
- Updating management & compliance information
- Producing completion packs for each client
- Supporting the team in the processing of each ongoing client transactions: liaising with mortgage lenders/protection providers/solicitors & clients.
- Updating various business systems
- Supporting marketing campaigns
- Making beverages and refreshments for clients

This is a permanent position.

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
