Receptionist

The Hotel Folk have a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic **Receptionists** to join their friendly team at **The Brudenell Hotel, Aldeburgh.**

We are looking for both full time and part time receptionists. Full time receptionists would look to cover 40 hours per week and part-time receptionists between 16 - 32 hours per week (two to four shifts of 8 hours).

We are looking to cover a range of shifts, with the earliest starting at 6:45am and the latest shift ending at 10pm. If you are looking for set shifts we can accommodate this.

We initially pay national minimum wage dependant on your age. You will be given a tailored training programme, and should you pass your probationary period your pay would increase to £9.80 per hour.

**Key Tasks required from our new Receptionist**:

- To provide outstanding customer service at all times to each and every guest.
- To support with general administration tasks and restaurant bookings for the hotel.
- To respond to guest and customer requests courteously and efficiently at all times.
- Good telephone manner, answering any enquires and taking bookings
- To be aware of all arrivals/departures, functions, special events and special requests.
