**About being a Recruitment Consultant**

Join our #OneBlueFamily at our well-established branch in Newcastle, within the Industrial and Logistics sector, specialising in temporary Recruitment. This position has become available due to growth within this very successful branch.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will have access to our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace blended working and offer a hybrid working pattern (2 days in the office weekly Monday and Wednesday the rest working from home). We are committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that support our Operational teams when it's time to switch off.

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant will include**:

- Proactively identifying and establishing client relationships for within the Logistics and Industrial sector
- Business development calls
- Visiting clients so you will need to drive and have access to a car
- Marketing, advertising, and working to sales targets and Key Performance Indicators
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary Logistics/Industrial temporary staff

**About You**:
An experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to join a successful team, you will have great relationship building and business to business sales skills with the ability and drive to develop within the logistics/ Industrial sector OR you can join us as a Trainee Recruitment Associate if you have a very strong sales background.

Blue Arrow specialises in staffing for Admin & Secretarial including Call Centre, Transport & Logistics, Hospitality & Catering, Manufacturing & Production and Public Sector.

- Salary basic between 22K - 27K plus bonus
