**Contract: Permanent, full time (4 or 5 days)**

**Are you a passionate level 3 practitioner with a love for babies and a natural ability to lead?**

We’re looking for an experienced, nurturing and inspiring Baby Room Leader to join our small, close-knit team at Daisy Chains, a setting where imagination, creativity and connection come first.

**The role**:
As Baby Room Leader you will:

- Lead a small team to deliver high-quality, loving care for babies aged 0-2 years.
- Create a calm, nurturing and stimulating environment using natural materials and sensory play.
- Build strong relationships with families and work closely with them during transitions and key moments.
- Support your team with planning, observations and assessments in line with the Curriculum for Wales.
- Be a role model for best practice in care, safeguarding and communication.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
- Experience working with babies and leading a small team.
- Warm, calm and confident leadership style.
- Excellent knowledge of child development and a passion for early years.
- A love for natural play and a settling that feels like home.
