High growth technology company based in the centre of Manchester are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. The role has become available due to continued expansion of the company.

As the Accounts Assistant, you will report into the Finance Manager and will assist with a broad range of finance related responsibilities with a focus on Accounts Payable.

As the finance assistant your responsibilities will include:

- Processing invoices and expenses through the purchase ledger
- Prepare and post month end accounting entries and perform reconciliations
- Preparing and sending client bills
- Liaising with fee earners to ensure clients are billed in a timely manner
- Monitoring client balances and where required, following up with clients to ensure bills are paid

As the Finance Assistant you will have/be:

- A strong degree level education from a good university is desirable but not required
- 1 year's experience in a finance or general business environment

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation as an Accounts Assistant based in the heart of Manchester.
