**Lead Drainage Engineer**

You will be joining our Underground Services team of Drain Repair Specialists, mainly attending domestic properties to repair drains to the household, with mínimal disruption to the customer.
**Key Responsibilities**
- To carry out excavation and repairs of standard drainage systems on both pre-planned and emergency drainage projects
- To logically investigate drainage systems by assessing and analysing data to determine defects and ownership
- To read and understand surveyor and report writer reports
- To use CCTV camera equipment to aid in installing CIPP lining and patch liners
- To accurately identify buried services and to trace existing drains using CAT and Genny
- To reinstate different domestic surface types, such as paving slabs, block paving, cold lay tarmac or concrete; at the customer’s property whilst maintaining the organisation's high standards and attention to detail
- Liaising with customers to talk through work requirements
- To be a flexible team player with developed attention to detail that shows initiative
- To be proactive with the ability to deliver to set deadlines
- Good leadership qualities and a supportive approach to mentoring less experienced members of the team**
