**Our Welcome Hosts**

Our Welcome Hosts are the first and final point of contact for our members, **helping and guiding** them to ensure they can make the most of their visit. This could include; greeting and processing visitors at the Gate House, offering suggestions for the day, organising assistance with accessibility or checking whether restaurants are full. As this is an active role we ask for our hosts to feel comfortable with **being on their feet** for the duration of their shift and to have **previous experience in high standard customer service roles and excellent communication skills.**
