BAR STAFF REQUIRED - MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK EVERY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY INCLUDING LATE NIGHTS.
Part time and full time positions available

Job Roles include but are not limited to:

- Providing all customers with an exemplary level of customer service.
- Assisting with opening and closing the restaurant/bar when required.
- Taking food from the kitchen and carrying dishes out to customers in the restaurant area.
- Maintaining a prominent level of hygiene across the restaurant and on the bar. This can vary from making sure tables are cleaned promptly and sanitised to making sure the bar area is kept clean and dry from any spilt drinks.
- Operating behind the bar at times pouring a variety of drinks for our customers including draught beers, wines, soft drinks, spirits, shots, and cocktails.
- Taking note of any bookings made over the phone by upcoming customers.
- Laying up tables in the restaurant including organising relevant menu’s, napkins, and cutlery.

Full restaurant and bar training will be made available to you from the start of your employment. Prior experience is preferred by not compulsory. All we require of our staff is a strong work attitude and a positive outlook.

Hours vary across the business year. During quieter periods, shifts will be more limited but during the height of summer, bank holidays and school holidays, shifts will be more flexible and available where applicable. Weekend availability is a must, unfortunately due to the nature of the job and the hours we need covering we will not consider applicants that are unable to work weekends.
