**Library Supervisor**:
**The advert**:
This role will be responsible for the effective delivery and promotion of Library Services at Cardiff Metropolitan University, providing a quality and customer focused Library service for the benefit of all users
- You will be the liaison between the shared desks and the various managers for whom the desk supports
- You will lead a team of library assistants, set priorities and monitor work
- Lead on data gathering around the shared desks and undertake analysis, evaluate and make recommendations on service development

**What you’ll bring**

Additionally, you’ll have:

- Sound understanding of customer services in an HE or public sector setting.
- Excellent IT and time management skills are also required in this role.
