**About the role**

Reporting to the Finance Director for the Midway UK & Ireland division, but focused on Blackpool, you’ll play a key role as part of the Blackpool senior team, partnering with the Cluster and Attraction Managers as well as other functional heads to provide commercially focused financial insight to help drive business success.

You’ll make sure that all the necessary daily and periodic reporting, accounting and financial controls are being delivered, but beyond that, your focus will be to provide financial expertise into key business drivers to help deliver and develop the strategic objectives and annual budget for the Blackpool cluster.

As well as P&L support you’ll be focusing on pricing, yield, margins, operating costs and ultimately profitability, and supporting the business through tactical plans to support the overarching financial objectives of the cluster. Utilising sound business acumen you’ll assess new ideas, both from an operational and financial perspective and then to articulate the impacts with clear and meaningful recommendations.

This is a full time, permanent position based within our offices at the Blackpool Tower.

***Do you have what it takes?**
- You will have proven and demonstrable business partnering experience
- You’ll be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Strong commercial intellect and the ability to use considered insight to drive the business forward.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a real passion for this business and our brands
- Experience of managing relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to add real value to business decisions through your analytical approach
- Most importantly you won’t be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
