**Job description**

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit Damp & Timber Surveyors.

Tapco Homedry is an established and family run business with over 52 years’ experience. We specialise in damp proofing, condensation, timber preservation, basement waterproofing and cellar conversions in both the commercial and the residential sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out accurate impartial surveys in accordance with the PCA Code of Conduct
- Prepare accurate comprehensive reports, detailing the most appropriate remedial treatment
- Produce specifications of remedial works and quotations where necessary
- To be responsible for the generation of business through client contact
- Client contact and relationship management is essential

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experienced in timber and damp defects, structural waterproofing and/or property surveying
- Ability to produce clear, concise and grammatically correct reports
- Communication skills to be of an extremely high standard

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
