Hybrid working £75,000-£95,000 per annum+ benefits, Central London

We are recruiting for a C#/.Net Technical Lead and Senior Developer to join our Insurance client who are currently working on the re-development of a platform used for Marine War Insurance. Even as a Tech Lead this is predominantly a hands on role whereyou will also have some mentoring and coaching responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for leading, managing, motivating and developing the skills, competencies and knowledge of direct reports
- Continuously develop the tools, procedures and methods employed in the software development process in line with technological advances and business requirements
- Manage projects as assigned to time and budget criteria
- Manage the performance of direct reports ensuring staff have clear objectives, regular PDRs and receive feedback on performance

**Core competencies**:

- Influencing, persuading, and communication with stakeholders
- Managing people, process, talent

**Technical Background**:

- C#/.NET,.NET Core, SP.NET MVC
- SQL Server 2014 and above, with strong SQL skills (querying, analysing & tuning)
- Unit Testing (knowledge of and experience with xUnit, Moq, AutoFixture is beneficial)
- Azure, Cloud, Azure DevOps, CI, CD & Release Management
- Azure API development and management
- Experience of working in an Agile (Scrum preferred) environment
- Experience of working in a CI/CD environment
