**What are we looking for?**

We are now at a level where we are looking for the next crop of talented recruiters to join our team. Weve grown at a good pace in the last few years, at a sensible pace so that we can allow time and training to develop our consultants to be the best in the industry. Ideally, wed like somebody with a couple of years of recruitment experience within our sectors, or at least have a passion for creating a better world. If you have a good moral compass and an awareness of the problems facing the planet, youll fit in well with the team here.

**What is the job?**

**Your skills**:

- Previous experience of recruitment - 2+ years
- An interest in world-changing technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Great organisational skills
- A team player
- Computer-literate
- The ability to be office-based
