We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Learning & Organisational Development Coordinator** to join our established L&OD function.
**Job Profile**
The successful applicant will join an established Learning and Organisational Development function where they will play instrumental role in ensuring that all learning and organisational development activities and events run smoothly across the Group.

It is an exciting time to join our L&OD team as the successful applicant will get an opportunity to work on exciting projects including employee engagement, career progression, leadership and management development, coaching and mentoring, performance management,sales training and diversity and inclusion and launch of our new learning management system.
**Remit and Overall responsibilities include**:
- Scheduling learning and organisational development activities in line with the planning process and business priorities
- Supporting individuals, managers, and businesses to advance their skills, knowledge, and mindset
- Supporting our work in performance management processes and initiatives, employee insights and engagement, communication strategies and plans and various OD projects
- Producing course materials, development plans, coordinating events and workshops, and digital resources
- Coordination and administration of our learning management system (Talent LMS)
- Booking and coordinating all face-to-face training including travel, lunch, accommodation for learners
- Maintaining training records, skills matrices and identifying skills gaps
- Communicating effectively with group companies, teams, and individuals
- Reporting to the Group L&OD Director and supporting the L&OD Business Partners, with a group-wide focus
- Producing reports to evidence learner progress, engagement and training spend
- Online promotion of L&OD events and activities to continue group engagement
- Managing and posting internal and external social media content that demonstrates our learning culture
**Person specification**:
Ideally you will be based in the Midlands and able to travel to Leicester, Birmingham, and central London offices.
We are looking for someone who is degree qualified. Professional learning and development certifications/qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
**Required skills and abilities**
- Experience of L&D planning and coordination
- Analyse and manage data, prepare, and present high quality reports
- Communicate effectively and to a variety of audiences both internal and external
- Create good quality and visually appealing learning materials
- Confident user of Microsoft Office and online systems
- Experience of using an LMS (preferably Talent LMS)
- Creatively deliver a monthly L&OD newsletter
- Work within fast-paced environments, managing time and priorities and meeting deadlines
- Confident managing own time, workload, and priorities

**Salary and Benefits**:
- Permanent, full-time role (40 hours p/w)
- Annual salary from £25,000 - £30,000 per year
