**The role**
**An opportunity has arisen for an **outstanding Team Leader/Supervisor to join our management team.
Our Team Leaders/Supervisors are an integral part of our teams, the barista of potatoes, the expert in creating and crafting flavour combinations that ensure our customers have a first-class experience, alongside supporting our Unit Managers to manage the business and lead our teams.
Opening, closing, Food Safety, Health and Safety, team management and shift management all sit within the remit of our Team Leaders/ Supervisors, alongside delivering amazing customer service every day.
Our customers expect greatness at every part of their experience. Using their potato prowess, our Team Leaders/Supervisors will guide the customer through their very own personalised journey. No customer will be left unfulfilled; we deliver with confidence, passion and flair.
Our team are meticulous about presentation, proud of our product and best-in-class in food safety.
Our Team Leaders/Supervisors are both strong leaders and devoted team players who support one another. They are trustworthy, committed and hungry for success.
- Experienced in a customer service role within a supervisory/leadership role
- Preferable experience of team management in a hospitality or food retail environment
- Flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of the business and support the Unit Manager where necessary
- Have outstanding communication skills and able to delegate effectively
- Willing to obtain Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene
- Able to demonstrate can-do approach to all tasks
- Assertive, confident and a professional individual
- Able to build strong relationships and work collaboratively
- To show the ability to demonstrate a good level of numeracy, spoken and written English skills
Last but not least you must be as passionate about the potato as we are
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-35 per week
**Salary**: Up to £10.25 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Work Location: One location
