This role is working with WEBER in Flitwick in an open plan environment as a first point of contact to our internal and external business and helping in any way you can to guarantee customer satisfaction.

**How will you support us?**

Looking to create and maintain a 'best in class' customer experience with a customer focused approach. Being the first point of contact building strong relationships, and answering any queries our customer may have.

**In the role as a Customer Service Executive you will;**
- Be the first point of contact for customers and be able to help them with Delivery info, stock, pricing,etc.
- Manage sample distribution to UK & Ireland builders' merchants
- Build strong lasting and trusting relationships with remote technologies
- Order processing through SAP (experience with SAP not essential)

- Motivated, driven and tenacious individual, who has certain degree of empathy resulting in first time resolution where achievable.
- A team player, sharing best practices and supporting others where possible. However, the ability to work on your own initiate and take ownership for managing and prioritising your own workload.
- IT Literate, Microsoft package, Outlook, Skype previous CRM Systems experience although can be trained.
- Customer focused and are always looking to resolve any issues and give great customer satisfaction
