Are you an experienced leader looking to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We are seeking a **Production Team Leader** to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and team performance.

**The Role**:
As a **Production Team Leader**, you will be responsible for supervising a manufacturing team, ensuring production targets are met with the highest efficiency and quality standards. You’ll actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and create a safe, motivated, and results-driven work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ Supervise and support your team, ensuring adherence to health & safety requirements.
✔ Execute the production plan efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.
✔ Drive process improvements to enhance safety, output, and performance.
✔ Ensure excellent communication across shifts and departments.
✔ Conduct inspections, audits, and report on key performance metrics.
✔ Identify training needs and support team development.
✔ Lead by example and step in for production tasks when required.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Knowledge of health & safety and quality control processes.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
