A fantastic opportunity for the role of a Team Leader has arisen within our Domiciliary Care Company working within the **Rotherham area**.

**Salary £21,000**

**Paid Mileage**

Here at Care Relief Team, we specialise in personal care for older people living in their own homes.

**Working hours required Monday to Friday 08.30 - 16.30**

Ideally you should have a level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or a level 2 and a willingness to work towards level 3) and it is essential to be a driver for this position.

Role Responsibilities:

- Delivering the Highest Standard of Quality Care to all our service users
- Flexible attitude to working to ensure the safe running of the service.
- To carry out initial visits and appropriate assessments for all new care packages
- To conduct service reviews to update the Needs Assessment, Care/Support Plan and Risk Assessment documentation as appropriate
- Conduct Support Worker field observations
- Investigate in full any complaints received in a timely manner
- Knowledge and experience of supporting the ‘out of hours’ service.
- To undertake other duties as requested by your Line Manager
- Communicate effectively with office staff, support workers and other internal teams as required
- To implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure the branch always achieves the required level of compliance
- To ensure all legislation is adhered to at all times

**Experience**:

- Experience within the Health and Social Care Sector is essential
- Experience of undertaking Customer Needs Assessments, Writing Care Plans and conducting Risk Assessments
- Experience in a quality focussed role
- Experience of delivering care

Essential Skills/Qualifications:

- Excellent literacy skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A working strength in adherence to policies, procedures within the Health and Social Care Sector
- Full driving license
- NVQ Level 2 Qualification in Health and Social Care

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:

- NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care
- Working knowledge of Domiciliary Care
- Working knowledge of quality standards

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
