We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Support Worker** to join our team here at **iBC Healthcare** within our Spoilt 4 Choice Day Services Centre in the **Leicester LE4 and LE5** areas to work day shifts.

**Contract**: Full-Time roles on Days.

**Hours**: 20-36 hours a week

**Shifts**: Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 4.30pm

**Pay**:£9.66 an hour

Please note we can hire walkers or drivers for this role.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
